All conventional profiles from a bending length of 3 to 12 metres (9 to 40 ft) with metal sheet thicknesses up to 3 mm steel (8 gauge) can be folded with ease. High levels of precision and bending accuracy. Stands and tension arms made from high-quality ductile cast iron.

  • Standard control
    Bending angle is set using the rotary indicator. The tensioning clamp opens automatically after bending. Opening heights can be set in a continuously variable manner.

  • Flexible sheet metal grates
    Adjustable and removable material supports, in case of corresponding clearance requirements.

  • Hydraulically driven bending joints
    Each stand / tension arm unit has 1 hydraulically driven bending joint. Robust, sturdy design for an even bending performance across the entire length.

  • Rotary shear
    Manual or electrical for steel measuring up to 3 mm (15 gauge). The bending beam is free from guide rails as it is fastened to the machine structure. Driven by a maintenance free timing belt.

  • Electronic back gauge
    Motor-powered back gauge using heavy duty timing belts. No measuring or marking of the metal sheet is required. The back gauge fingers can be locked in place without using tools in a continuously variable manner. Available in a conical version as an option.

  • Hydraulic adjustable clamping beam
    All BS models are equipped with a hydraulic adjustable clamping beam for material thickness adjustment. The manual adjustment to pre-set each tension arm separately eliminates overbends on short profiles.
