Production planning does not have to start at the machine. Profiles can be designed, checked, and prepared for production on a PC. Bending sequences are calculated, profiles are simulated, and the finished profile data is then transferred to the machine’s BMS Multi-Touch control system. This creates a seamless process from profile design to the finished fold – with prepared data, repeatable workflows, and less effort directly at the machine.
Preparing profiles at your workstation keeps production running smoothly. New jobs can be planned while the folding machine continues production. Once created, profile data can be reused for repeat jobs and easily adapted to new requirements.

For profile design and preparation, Biegemaster uses Bendex profile design software.
Profiles can be created, checked, and prepared for production on a PC or tablet. Bendex calculates the required dimensions and bending sequences and prepares the finished profile data for transfer to the Biegemaster machine.
Profiles can be drawn directly on screen and visualized as 2D or 3D models. Changes to dimensions and geometry are displayed immediately.
Bendex takes the material and profile geometry into account and calculates the required cutting and production dimensions. This ensures that all necessary data is ready for further production.
Once created, profiles can be saved and reused for repeat jobs. Dimensions and geometries can be adapted as needed without having to create the entire profile again.
Bendex generates the required production data from the prepared profile. The data is transferred to the BMS Multi-Touch control system, where it is immediately available for the next steps in the bending process.

The prepared profile data is transferred directly to the BMS Multi-Touch control system. All relevant data for the bending process is then available at the machine.
