The Biegemaster BENDTRON is the fully electric further development in the Biegemaster portfolio. All bending joints are electrokinematically driven. This enables exceptionally quiet, smooth, and energy-efficient operation while maintaining maximum precision. The BENDTRON is suitable for users who expect controlled bending with high repeat accuracy and who value smooth machine operation and low energy consumption. The precise clamping beam control ensures clean folds and exact bending – even with difficult profiles.

Precise positioning of the sheet metal
Computer-operated back gauge fingers enable the simple and precise positioning of sheet metals. The back gauge fingers hereby drive automatically into the correct position with each new bending phase. All back gauge fingers can be freely positioned over the entire bending length for optimal adjustment to the workpiece.
Thanks to the freely positionable foot switch, both hands remain free when fixing the sheet metal.

Solid cutting device
The sheet metal is cut with millimetre precision using the integrated shear right from the first fixing. The BendTron can optionally be equipped with an electrical cutter. Fitting the clamping beam on the machine body eliminates constraining contours and force effects. Driven by a maintenance-free timing belt.

Each stand / tension arm unit is equipped with an electro-kinetically driven bending joint. The robust and rigid construction ensures an even bending capacity over the entire length. Thanks to the newly developed electro-kinetic drive, the bending process is faster and quieter than with hydraulically driven machines.n.

Profile creation via touch display or office computer
The BMS multi-touch control system enables intuitive operation by touching the screen. This ensures that new profiles can be created quickly or created using touchscreen painting. The control system can draw on stored profiles. Automatic bend sequence calculations with graphic simulation and illustration complete this all-rounder. The BMS multi-touch control system allows even untrained users to create profiles themselves in no time.
Remote maintenance
Biegemaster can provide support to users of the BMS multi-touch system when creating profiles or reading out parameters for a subsequent analysis via a remote maintenance function.
Preparation on your office PC
For a highly efficient work preparation, you can also easily create a profile in advance at the office workplace with our software and subsequently transfer it onto the machine.

Demanding bending parts
With the Biegemaster BendTron even demanding profiles can be created easily and reproducibly. The bending beam can be controlled precisely and with millimetre precision for perfect folds. You can precisely fold all common profiles with a bending length ranging from 4 to 15 metres with material thicknesses of up to 1.5mm.
The optimal clamping beam geometry makes large bending angles (150°) with simultaneously lots of free space in the interior of the machine.

Extras & extensions
for the Biegemaster Bendtron
From the tablet to the machine
With the Biegemaster software, profiles can be created on the go on a tablet and then transferred directly to the machine. This makes it easier to prepare for work and allows you to work flexibly. Even right on the construction site or on the road.
Conical back-gauge
The conical back-gauge enables precise bending of profiles with varying depths (narrow-to-wide) and conical edge parts. This allows the metal sheets to be easily plugged together during assembly on the construction site. An integrated laser line indicates the exact position of the sheet metal and supports the millimeter-accurate placement of the cut pieces.
Automatic clamping beam adjustment
The automatic clamping beam adjustment/air gap adjustment automatically compensates for the radii when different sheet thicknesses are used. This ensures that the bending accuracy remains constant for thick sheets, even with changing materials and material thicknesses.
Sheet metal-friendly support
Polyethylene pads protect sensitive, painted, or coated sheet metal from scratches and damage. This allows even sensitive materials to be processed safely and gently.
Insertion depth of 1250 mm
For long and large-format cuts, Biegemaster machines can be equipped with an extended insertion depth of up to 1,250 mm. This makes processing large strips easier.
