The BENDTRON uses an electrokinetic drive instead of conventional hydraulics. This makes the machine exceptionally quiet, energy-efficient and precise. With the BENDTRON, you are choosing the bending technology of the future – electrokinetic bending of up to 1.5 mm steel and 2 mm aluminum. Available in working lengths from 4 to 12 meters.
The BENDTRON uses electrokinetically driven bending joints and operates entirely without hydraulics. Power is transmitted directly and evenly across the entire working length, making the machine exceptionally quiet, energy-efficient and precise.

The optional cutting unit enables millimeter-precise cutting of the sheet directly on the machine. This eliminates additional work steps and allows the material to be processed without reclamping.
Mounted directly to the machine body, the cutting unit does not interfere with the bending geometry or the transmission of forces. This ensures consistently high bending quality, even for demanding profiles.
Computer-controlled back gauge fingers position the sheet automatically and precisely for every bend. This reduces setup times and ensures repeatable results throughout the entire production process.
All back gauge fingers can be positioned freely along the machine, allowing optimum adjustment to different workpieces.
The freely positionable foot switch allows the sheet to be securely clamped while keeping both hands free.
The BENDTRON enables the precise and repeatable production of complex profiles. Its precisely controlled electrokinetic bending joints and millimeter-precise clamping beam adjustment ensure clean folds and consistently high bending quality.
A wide variety of standard profiles can be produced reliably across long working lengths. The optimized clamping beam geometry allows large bending angles while providing plenty of clearance inside the machine.

The BMS Multi-Touch control simplifies the programming of complex bent parts and supports repeatable results in daily production. The conical back gauge enables precise bending of profiles with varying depths and tapered parts. This allows sheet metal parts to be assembled easily on site. An integrated laser line indicates the exact position of the sheet and supports millimeter-precise positioning and cutting.
Biegemaster software allows profiles to be created on a tablet and transferred directly to the machine. This simplifies work preparation and enables flexible working – even directly on site or on the go.
The optimized clamping beam geometry ensures even force distribution and supports precise material guidance across the entire bending length. This results in clean, reproducible bends, even with complex profiles and varying material thicknesses.
Polyethylene supports protect sensitive, painted or coated sheets from scratches and damage. This allows even delicate materials to be processed safely and gently.
For long and large-format sheets, Biegemaster machines can be equipped with an extended insertion depth of up to 1,250 mm. This makes it easier to process large sheets.
