The new Biegemaster S-BEND series is a hydraulic bending machine for heavy-duty tasks. It offers not only outstanding uniform force distribution with a bending capacity of up to 3 mm steel and 4 mm aluminum, but also high precision and reliable results – even with large bending lengths. Hydraulically driven bending joints, a rigid machine construction, and precise clamping-beam geometry ensure clean bends and reproducible results in daily use.

Precise positioning of the sheet metal
Computer-operated back gauge fingers enable the simple and precise positioning of sheet metals. The back gauge fingers hereby drive automatically into the correct position with each new bending phase. All back gauge fingers can be freely positioned over the entire bending length for optimal adjustment to the workpiece.
Thanks to the freely positionable foot switch, both hands remain free when fixing the sheet metal.

The sheet metal is cut with millimetre precision using the integrated shear right from the first fixing. The S-bend is optionally equipped with an electric cutting device. Powerful and precise hydraulic bending
Each stand / tension arm unit is driven by two hydraulic cylinders. The robust and rigid construction ensures an even bending capacity over the entire length. With the optionally available grippers, the XBEND bends fully automatically and without manual intervention. This eliminates user errors.

All common profiles with a bending length ranging from 3 to 12 metres with material thicknesses of up to 2 mm can be precisely folded.

Profile creation via touch display or office computer
The BMS multi-touch control system enables intuitive operation by touching the screen. This ensures that new profiles can be created quickly or created using touchscreen painting. The control system can draw on stored profiles. Automatic bend sequence calculations with graphic simulation and illustration complete this all-rounder. The BMS multi-touch control system allows even untrained users to create profiles themselves in no time.
Remote Maintenance
Using a remote maintenance function, Biegemaster can support users of the BMS Multi-Touch system in creating profiles or read out parameters for subsequent analysis.
Preparation on the Office PC
For highly efficient work preparation, profiles can also be created easily in advance using our software at the office workstation and then transferred to the machine.

Demanding bending parts
With the Biegemaster S-Bend, even complex profiles can be created easily and reproducibly. The offset bending beam allows for greater profile variety (e.g., hat, trapezoid, and Z-profiles). The bending beam can be controlled precisely and with millimetre precision for perfect folds. All common profiles from 3 to 12 meters in bending length with material thicknesses of up to 3 mm steel and 4 mm aluminum can be bent precisely. The optimal clamping beam geometry makes large bending angles (150°) with simultaneously lots of free space in the interior of the machine.
Optional: Hydraulic jaw adjustment
The Biegemaster S-Bend is optionally equipped with a hydraulic clamping jaw adjustment to compensate for different sheet metal thicknesses. The manual adjustment to pre-set each clamping beam separately serves to reduce overbends on short profiles.

From the tablet to the machine
With the Biegemaster software, profiles can be created on the go on a tablet and then transferred directly to the machine. This makes it easier to prepare for work and allows you to work flexibly. Even right on the construction site or on the road.
Conical back-gauge
The conical back-gauge enables precise bending of profiles with varying depths (narrow-to-wide) and conical edge parts. This allows the metal sheets to be easily plugged together during assembly on the construction site. An integrated laser line indicates the exact position of the sheet metal and supports the millimeter-accurate placement of the cut pieces.
Automatic clamping beam adjustment
The automatic clamping beam adjustment/air gap adjustment automatically compensates for the radii when different sheet thicknesses are used. This ensures that the bending accuracy remains constant for thick sheets, even with changing materials and material thicknesses.
Automatic gripper system
The automatically controlled grippers fix and position the sheet metal throughout the entire bending process. This means no manual interventions, higher process safety, and reproducible results – especially with series production.
Sheet metal-friendly support
Polyethylene pads protect sensitive, painted, or coated sheet metal from scratches and damage. This allows even sensitive materials to be processed safely and gently.
Insertion depth of 1250 mm
For long and large-format cuts, Biegemaster machines can be equipped with an extended insertion depth of up to 1,250 mm. This makes processing large strips easier.
