Technology you can rely on.
Work preparation starts before the machine. Profiles can be prepared, checked, and saved at the office workstation. The profile data is then transferred to the BMS Multi-Touch control at the machine, where it is immediately available for the bending process.
Biegemaster machines are designed for ergonomic and safe operation. Well-designed loading aids and flexibly positioned stops allow sheets to be positioned accurately and with minimal physical effort for the next process step.
After positioning and clamping, the sheet is cut to size directly on the machine with millimeter precision. The integrated cutting unit ensures a clean cut across the entire working length – without an additional operation on a separate cutting machine.
Bending is all about controlled force, precision, and repeatability. Biegemaster machines are designed to form the sheet evenly across the entire working length and deliver reliable, repeatable results – even with changing materials and profiles.
With the XBEND double bender, the bending process can be largely automated. The automatic gripper system positions and moves the sheet automatically, while the two bending beams bend the profile in both directions – without manually turning or flipping the workpiece.
